REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Movers Bilty offers subscription-based and/or paid services. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds are applicable.
1. Subscription Payments
All payments made for plans or services are generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered if:
- You were charged incorrectly.
- You experienced a technical issue preventing service usage and our support team couldn’t resolve it.
- Request is made within 7 days of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds for:
- Change of mind after use.
- Partial usage of services.
- Violation of terms leading to account suspension.
- Free trial expiry.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Include payment details and reason.
- We will review within 5–7 working days.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
