Thank you for using Movers Bilty (“App”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of the Movers Bilty mobile application, web application, and services.

By visiting, browsing, accessing data, creating, sharing, uploading or downloading documents, or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the App.

1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including but not limited to:

• Packers & Movers
• Relocation service providers
• Transporters / drivers
• Consignors / consignees
• Any individual or entity using the Platform in any capacity

Movers Bilty provides a digital platform enabling users to create and share Bilty, Quotations, Bills, Goods Lists, and related documents online to simplify and streamline logistics operations.

Any deviation from these Terms shall be valid only if confirmed in writing by Movers Bilty. These Terms apply to all current and future services unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. General Policies

• During the subscription period, users may receive support for an unlimited number of incidents, subject to fair usage.
• Movers Bilty reserves the right to limit, suspend, terminate, or refuse renewal of services if usage is found to be irregular, excessive, abusive, or fraudulent.
• Plan features, pricing, procedures, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Subscriptions are non-transferable and valid only for the registered user.
• Resale or transfer of membership rights is strictly prohibited.

3. Rights and Responsibilities of Users

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the services, servers, or networks connected to the App.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Product Upgrade Limitations

During an active subscription, users may be notified of available upgrades.
However, upgrades released after the expiration of your subscription period will not be included unless renewed.

5. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information obtained through use of the App and to use it only for its intended purpose.

This obligation does not apply where disclosure is required by law or by a competent authority. In such cases, the other party shall be informed without delay where legally permissible.

6. Exclusion & Limitation of Liability

Movers Bilty acts only as a technology platform and shall not be responsible for:

• Pricing, payment terms, or contracts between users and their customers or partners.
• Any disputes regarding goods, packing, handling, quantity, quality, damages, delays, or services.
• Late packing, pickup, delivery, early arrival, waiting charges, or self-arranged freight handling.
• Any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movers Bilty shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, names, designs, and content related to Movers Bilty are the property of Movers Bilty or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks displayed on the App remain the property of their respective owners.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

8. Compliance with Law

These Terms comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules framed thereunder. Users agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable Indian laws.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts in [Your City/State, India] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to arbitration below.

10. Dispute Resolution – Mediation & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall first be referred to mediation under Indian law.
